Welcome to the Bit Repairs portal, all devices must be booked in with this site before they are sent in.

You will be e-mailed with a ticket number for each repair to attach to your package, if we don’t have a valid ticket number we won’t be able to fix your repair in time as it won’t be added to the schedule.

All postal repairs must be posted to Bit Repairs, 58 Kensington Avenue, Old Colwyn, Conwy, LL29 9ST

Return Postage Prices

All postage is handled by Royal Mail, we have an account with them and have a standard pricing policy.

All direct orders are subject to a single return fee per parcel.
All eBay orders already have 1st Class Signed For postage included in the price of the repair as standard, you can upgrade this for the prices below.

The following costs will be added to your repair invoice.

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Large Letter Up to 500 Grams - £5

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Up to 1kg - £6

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Up to 1kg - £7

Royal Mail Special Delivery Large Letter Up to 400 Grams - £11

Bulk Orders Will Be Returned By Tracked 24 for - £10 up to 5kg and £20 up to 10kg
