Repairs like boot loops and intermittent faults or faults that are not listed on the routine repair list are often classed as non routine faults.
They unfortunately take much longer to diagnose and have a greater repair cost.
Non routine repairs start from £40 and go up to £100
Once you have authorised a non routine repair to proceed you are authorising a maximum cost of £100 for the repair, it won’t always be that much and is often £50-60 but non routine repairs unfortunately take a long time to diagnose and therefore we cannot proceed with them until you have given permission to proceed for up to £100 for the repair.
